Introduction : The golf course is the greatest place to get to know someone. Any golfer will admit that both sides of ones personality come out on the golf course. The idea of single people playing golf together was concieved by Tom Alsop in Chatlotte, NC in 1992, where the National Headquarters for the ASGA still resides. There are currently 16 chapters of the ASGA located throughout the United Stated. This is a NON-profit organization whose sole purpose is to give single people a non threatening atmosphere to meet.
