Crandon Park Golf Course is the only public course on Biscayne Bay and ranked by "Golf Digest" as one of the top courses in Florida. In 1993, Robert Von Hagge re-designed the course keeping some of the theme from his original 1972 creation and added the world's largest tee, seven saltwater lakes and a variety of sand traps just to keep you off-balance. He worked around the native mangrove thickets that were on the grounds and included holes that overlook the Biscayne. Formerly known as "The Links at Key Biscayne, Crandon Park Golf Course is an 18-hole "Island Paradise" on Key Biscayne, just 15 minutes from downtown. Perfect for that last minute tee time with the client who just dropped by or the office mates looking to skip out early.

This was one of the nicest courses I have ever played. The fairways and greens were just amazing and they had the views to match. Played this course some 20 years ago and plan to play again in the near future.

An absolute must play course. The course was difficult because of the wind, but the views and the layout are spectacular. The wildlife out there is just awe inspiring. Iguana's, Racoon's, and the birds, were just amazing. The racoon's even stole a sandwich from our cart on the 9th hole.

This is a great course and a real treat. The layout is awesome. The site spectacular and the service excellent. The course has four tees to choose from - the only draw back is that there is nothing between 5400 and 6400 yards given the placement of the tees around various lakes and creeks - but the 5400 track is excellent all by iyself and with the wind - plenty of golf course for most average players as this is a real links course. The course was in good shape with very good greens and bunkers. Wild life and views of Biscayne Bay and Miami are quite amazing. A real treat!

A lot of hurricane damage, i.e., dead trees and such, that they need to address. You only get a true water view on 18. Nice layout, very playable.

Improvements over the last two years have added to the quality of play - ie the traps. New clubhouse is super.

It was unbelievably windy when we played, so we did not get a true gauge of the course, but it was a fun course to play (a lot different than Oklahoma!) The GPS on the carts is really cool and mostly helpful. Plenty of wildlife and water to see, including great views of Miami. Would like to play the course again when it was not windy to see how authentically hard it is. Limited driving range (irons only) but the clubhouse and restaurant are beautiful. Little bit pricey I think, but a great place to play golf (check the wind) and we would definitely play it again if we had the chance. Thanks!
